for community partners

“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”
— Margaret Wheatley

Our vision is to make the Pacific Northwest a region where women and underrepresented minorities are empowered to participate in and contribute to our local economy and society in ways that are productive and meaningful to them.

Community Meetups

The PNW IDEA group meets every month in the Seattle area and by online conferencing. During these gatherings, professionals from non-profits and various companies discuss DEI issues their organizations are facing. The peer group is designed to provide a space to share experiences, problem solve, and recommend research/resources to further engage in the conversation.
