Advancing better leadership
Project Ascendance is a research study conducted by Artemis Connection on the racial and gender divide in leadership. Launched in 2016, the study was conducted for the purpose of understanding why and how individuals ascend to high-level and management roles within their industry. Through hundreds of interviews with women and racial minorities at different stages of their career, we have built a powerful body of research and identified new ways for women and minorities to advance in the workplace.
As part of our 4.5% promise to set aside 4.5% of our time each month to engage in pro bono work for the sole purpose of changing lives, communities, and organizations, Project Ascendance represents our commitment to advancing women and racial minorities in leadership.
