Advancing better leadership

Project Ascendance is a research study conducted by Artemis Connection on the racial and gender divide in leadership. Launched in 2016, Project Ascendance is an on-going research study on the racial and gender divide in leadership. The purpose of the study is to gain a better understanding of why and how individuals ascend to high-level and management roles within their industry.

Through our research, are building a powerful body of knowledge and are identifying new ways for women and minorities to advance in the workplace.
